Quanti G Model- The New Industry Benchmark

Quanti G model is a high power continuity tester for ground bond testing, designed for product testing for a broad range of products and applications in electronics and electrical industry. Ground continuity, also called PE- continuity or ground bond, is important for ensuring that the product is safely grounded.

With Finero’s Quanti-line ground continuity tester you will test with the currents that most common standards require, like from 3 to 30Amps AC. The measuring range is standard 0,5mOhm…500mOhm with an industry leading accuracy of 0,5%. As any Quanti-line product it can be used together with a Quanti Relay Matrix in order to build an industry grade production test system.

Finero donated Quanti – multifunctional measurement device

Finero Oy has donated Quanti – multifunctional measurement device to Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. The donation was handed by Finero’s owner, Risto Vuolle.

Heikki Valmu from the Metropolia’s department of Electrical Engineering told at the event that there has not been very much focus on electrical safety testing in the education yet, but this will certainly change after the co-operation with Finero. This donation enables to include compulsory courses from the world of electrical safety testing to the electrical engineering education. With the help of Quanti the students are able to prepare laboratory tasks for the upcoming courses, among others.

Risto Vuolle, who is also a former student of Metropolia, sees this co-operation very important to Finero and to the Finnish education, as this may make it easier for the students to move from school to the work life. Heikki Valmu also stated that Finero is a “perfect example” of how the educational institutions and companies can work together.

Quanti – product series was launched in summer 2010 and has since enjoyed worldwide recognition among the professionals from the electrical industry. Quanti makes it possible to combine both the electrical safety and functional testing in one single unit.
